Privacy policy

This site is a private planning tool for a family and the people they invite. It is not a commercial service, shows no ads, and sells nothing.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and username. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture link from Google — never your Google password, contacts, files or anything else.
• What you enter: trips, plans, votes, comments, costs, checklists, chores and files you or other members add.
• Basic technical data: sign-in cookies that keep you logged in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and time of a request) used to keep the site running and secure.

How it's used

Only to run the site: to sign you in, show you the trips and chores you've been given access to, and send you emails you've chosen to receive (such as invitations, password resets and notifications, which you can turn off).

Who can see it

What you add to a trip is visible to the other members of that trip, according to the sharing setting on each item. Chores are visible to the parents and children of that household. The site's administrator can see all data in order to run the site. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.

Data is stored with the companies that host the site — the web host and database (Render), file storage (Cloudflare) and email delivery (Resend) — only as needed to provide the service.

Deleting your data

Ask the administrator to delete your account and the data tied to it. Signing in with Google can be revoked at any time from your Google Account's security settings.
